Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 3, 2025 • Full Load Forecasting LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company)

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

“Full Load Forecasting”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Full Load Forecasting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Scope

This policy covers personal information processed through our public website (fullloadforecasting.com), our contact and demo request flows, and our AWS-hosted application. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, work email, company, role) submitted via forms or email.
  • Message content and preferences (e.g., use case, interests).
  • Account details and access configuration for the hosted app (for clients).

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (browser, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.
  • Basic telemetry in the hosted app (e.g., feature usage, performance metrics).
  • Cookies or similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).

Information from third parties

  • Single sign-on (SSO/MFA) providers for authentication metadata (e.g., success/failure timestamps).
  • Optional customer-provided datasets; when provided, these remain logically isolated for that customer project.

How we use information

  • Provide and improve forecasts, dashboards, APIs, and alerts.
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and manage accounts.
  • Secure our services (fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging).
  • Operate analytics to understand product performance and reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing & disclosures

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our services:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), email and productivity tools, customer support, and analytics. These providers access information solely to perform services for us under appropriate agreements.
  • Security, safety, and legal — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.

Cookies & tracking

We use necessary cookies for security and session management in the hosted app. On our public site, we may use basic analytics to understand traffic and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The contact form uses reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies—see Third-party services.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer-provided datasets (if any) follow the retention terms in the applicable service agreement or data processing terms.

Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including identity and access controls, least-privilege practices, encryption in transit, and hardened cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to continuously improve our posture.

International data transfers

We are US-based and primarily process data in the United States. Where applicable, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses with service providers.
